Vintage Staff

We are currently seeking to recruit cellar staff for Vintage 2025. You will need to have a hands-on approach and be reasonably fit.

The role will involve all cellar duties as directed by the Winery Manager and Winemakers. The successful applicants would be expected to understand and follow health and safety and quality system protocols.

Successful applicants will be required to work a 12-hour shift, across 6 days per week (weekends included) during the peak harvest period (typically 3-4 weeks). All contracts will be for a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week with a maximum of 72 hours during the peak.

All positions are for a fixed-term of six to eight weeks, during March and April 2025.

Preferred:

• Previous vintage season experience desirable, but not required – we will provide plenty of training and support

• A team player with high levels of motivation and a can-do attitude

• Confined Space Entry training

• Forklift license

• A reasonable level of fitness

• Comfortable with shift work
