ASSISTANT WINEMAKER/WINEGROWER

Bell Hill Vineyard is a premium vineyard and winery near Waikari in North Canterbury, growing high density Pinot Noir and Chardonnay under BioGro organic certification, implementing Bio-Dynamic practices on limestone soils.

This is a multi-faceted position in our small, high-quality estate, requiring experience in overall winemaking, operations/logistics, bottling, and labelling.

Flexibility and engagement in the vineyard aspect of winegrowing is essential as we believe wine is made in the vineyard.

An exciting challenge for the right candidate looking for traditional winegrowing values. Experience with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is essential and, ideally, also time spent in Burgundy.

The position is full-time and reports to the Owners.
