Export and Logistics Coordinator

Our Export and Logistics Coordinator is a critical role within the business holding ownership for processing all sales orders, export documentation, coordinating logistics and managing our inventory to a high level of accuracy.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with and supporting our Sales Manager, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to form and manage relationships with our distribution partners and suppliers, building up goodwill and representing the Seresin Brand with pride.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the export and shipping process for export sales along with managing the processing of all domestic and direct sales orders.
  • Process all required export documentation for each shipment, including but not limited to MPI, WECS, Trace and shipping documents.
  • Liaising with our distribution partners, freight forwarders and suppliers.
  • Work with Sales to manage the allocation of products, keeping this updated to reflect product availability.
  • Arrange for rework of stock items to meet market demand.
  • Inventory management and data entry, including monthly reconciliation and analysis of stock movement.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail. Take ownership, be proactive and flexible. Be passionate and have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Knowledge of Xero and Unleashed inventory system is preferred, but not essential.

You will be systems savvy, with well-developed problem-solving skills, as well as tenacity and a focus on detail. You will be passionate and have critical organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to cope with change because this is a fast-paced role in a dynamic and exciting industry.

Remuneration will be based on experience.
