Reporting to the Accounts/Logistics Manager

As a quality-focused company, this role plays a vital link in the accurate and timely delivery of products and services to our customers. This is an opportunity to join our friendly team, supporting several key administrative functions within the office, as well as being the first point of contact for customers or suppliers. 

Core responsibilities would be:

  • Liaising with Winemaker and Accounts/Logistics Manager to organise all bottlings
  • Liaising with Accounts/Logistics Manager to book in all labelling runs
  • Stock Management of all offsite and onsite stock
  • Ordering and proofing of Drygoods
  • Attending all bottling and labelling runs
  • Processing domestics dispatches
  • Sales invoice processing
  • Maintenance of related stock management
  • Monitoring inventory levels and sales forecasts in conjunction with management
  • General administration support

Key skills and attributes required:

  • Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management is crucial
  • Ability to multi-task while being clear on priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional customer service focus
  • Good computer skills including experience with office
  • A positive attitude and can-do approach to working in a small team
