Located in the heart of the world-renowned Central Otago region our Cromwell-based winery focuses on quality wine production for approximately 20 clients across all of the Central Otago sub regions. We have a modern, well-resourced winery with capacity for 800 tonnes and have been crafting quality cool climate wines since 2005.
Wines include Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Blanc de Noir, Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, St Laurent and Gewürztraminer.
For Vintage 2020 we are looking for intelligent, hard-working, self-motivated, passionate people with a focus on quality to join our small team.
The role is varied and includes processing vineyard samples, fork hoist operation, fruit receival and processing, racking, barrel work, yeast innoculations, additions, red ferment cap management, press operation, and cleaning.
A minimum of 1 year previous vintage experience is preferred and any international applicants are required to obtain a working holiday visa.
Successful applicants will commence mid-March/early April (depending on season), through to mid-May.
