We have a fantastic and exciting full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Cellar Hand to join our team based at our Production & Distribution site in Glen Innes, New Zealand.

To be successful in this role you will need a can-do attitude, heaps of enthusiasm and as these roles are physically active, a good level of fitness is important!

Our Cellar Hands play an integral part in the wine production process; assisting with the preparation and blending of wines for bottling, and ensuring wine movements are completed accurately, on time and within quality cellar practices.

Due to the technical nature of some of the processing operations, you will need to be comfortable working with automated equipment and have well-developed problem-solving skills.

Previous winery experience would be beneficial although training will be provided, if required. If you have a mechanical aptitude, interest in wine and the ability to thrive in a continuous improvement environment, then we would welcome an application from you.

This role is full-time, working day shifts of the core business hours, however flexibility is key to this role as you will be working across two shifts, Day Shift 6.30am – 3.00pm or Afternoon Shift 2.45pm – 11.45pm. Occasional paid overtime and weekend work is required during busy periods.
