We are on the hunt for a Key Account Manager who can take our unique New Zealand brand to the next level. With award-winning Tohu wines, Aronui wines, Kono wines and Tutu cider, you will partner with us to grow our already established presence in our domestic market.
Kono is a top 100, premium New Zealand food and beverage company with a unique 500-year business plan. Our interests span wine, horticulture, fruit bars and seafood and we export to over 25 countries throughout the world. Our products encapsulate the pure taste of Aotearoa New Zealand and are produced sustainably, akin to the Maori values of our owners.
Our business is diverse, from farming and harvesting, to processing and the marketing of seafood, wine, cider, apples, pears, kiwifruit, hops and natural fruit bars.
Based in Auckland, this role will have a focus on building our key relationships in our main centres, both Auckland and Wellington. So, one week a month will be in Wellington to keep up to speed there too.
As a seasoned Key Account Manager you will have the energy and grit to grow our wine sales and profitability in our on-premise channels. As a natural self starter, you will be known for your organisation skills and drive to deliver outcomes.
If you have:
- Experience in the wine industry
- A proven track record within on-premise (HoReCa) channel
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
- Strong negotiation and sound decision making skills
- Current drivers licence
