martinborough Wine Region

Martinborough wine district is small in size but huge in style. So are the wines. Every mouthful reflects their unique blend of topography, ancient geology, pure air and human effort. A perfect state of wine.

Distinctively boutique, wines from Martinborough achieve international acclaim for intensity of flavour. Sitting quietly at latitude 40 degrees south at the foot of New Zealand’s North Island, Martinborough Wine Village mirrors its small community - old world style with new world flair creating simply superb hand-crafted wines.

List a new job

winejobsonline has made a big difference to accessing vacancies in the wine industry. I put up the position vacancies on our student winery noticeboard and the students can look at just one source to find a job, rather than trawling through the newspaper or the internet. On our trip north, we finished up a long day of concentrating on wines and vineyards with a beer tasting at Hallertau, sponsored by winejobsonline. It was a great opportunity for the students to unwind and meet Paddy and Heather, taste some great beer and have some very good food. The staff and students really appreciated it!
