We are looking for a full-time Fine Wine Account Manager to service the Waikato, Bay of Plenty & Gisborne regions.  We are looking for the role to be based in Tauranga specifically.

Who are we looking for?

First and foremost you are sales driven – you love to hunt for new prospects and convert them to customers. You have a keen understanding for the sales process, from Lead acquisition to lead conversion

You are both passionate and knowledgeable about wine – Old and New World, winemaking and viticulture.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Hunt for and grow all manner of trade and private accounts within your territory
• Sales order management – inputting and tracking orders
• Creating your own marketing events , including client tastings, dinners, Masterclasses

Skills:

• A Hard worker who is a highly-motivated and honest individual with their finger on the pulse and good team player.
• A strong knowledge of Sales Techniques.
• Strong knowledge and passion for Wine.
• Strong interpersonal skills utilizing all communication tools, including Face to Face, Phone, Email, Social Media.

Location

We are looking to fulfill this position with a candidate based in Tauranga and run the defined territory from this location.

Tools

A company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone and expense budget will be provided in managing these territories.
