Glover Family Vineyards, and two associated companies, are looking for an Accounts and Admin Assistant to work in a small, cheerful team. This new role is permanent part-time for 25-30 hrs per week. Our companies principally make and sell branded wine.
Your main responsibilities will be accounts payable and receivable, including inter-company invoicing; GST and PAYE returns; bank reconciliation; stock reconciliation; contributing to the preparation of an annual budget and tracking it against actual performance; keeping company records spic and span; compiling year-end material to give to our external accountant.
You may occasionally need to help with general office admin such as dispatching wine samples or orders within NZ.
Experience with Xero would be an advantage, as would knowledge of the wine industry. You will be detail-orientated, adaptable, able to take the initiative, and good at communicating to keep others in the loop.
