Mount Riley is a family-owned and operated Marlborough winemaker with strong values and a commitment to wines of excellent value. We have a strong presence in the market place and enjoy distribution throughout New Zealand in the grocery and traditional network and also in the international market.
Our head office is in Auckland situated on the North Shore. This is an opportunity to join our small team and your role will consist of:
- Entering and processing orders
- Sales Reporting
- Promo submissions including FMCG
- Managing the CRM system
- Assisting the NZ sales team and all rep queries
- Customer queries
- Organising trade shows
- Debtors management and new accounts
- Stock management Auckland
- End of Month reporting: Sales/Stock
- General Accounting functions
- Sundry printing and promotional requirements
You will have a proven track record in Sales and Administration tasks.
A sound understanding of office and accounting principles.
Strong computer skills (MS Office) and Accounting software.
Ability to multi task with a “can-do” attitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
