We have a position open for someone who is passionate about adding to the Renaissance story with their own touch of creativity and flare.
Yes, there is an administrative aspect to this role but most of all it’s about maintaining the impeccable qualities for our discerning purveyors of fine brews. Part of your time will also be spent designing new brews that aim to bring a “twist” to the Renaissance brewing style.
So, what do you need to have your name on the label of Renaissance beer?
Obviously you will have all the relevant brewing and technical experience that clearly highlight your ability to make it happen. You also need to be a sound planner and organiser to ensure that schedules are both set and met within quality, cost and time frames. Staff will be relying on you for technical guidance and you in turn will be relying on them for operational support.
Renaissance is happy to offer this position as a contract in the first instance but having said that, if you are genuinely interested and have the skills and personal qualities to be a valuable member of the Renaissance team, then a full time opportunity will be considered.
Other experiences that would compliment the role would be:
* Experience in leading both HACCP and OSH initiatives.
* Proactive in promoting GMP, especially in hygiene and housekeeping.
* NZ Driving license/forklift licence
* NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
